Bett Award finalists for the 4th year running
We are delighted to have once again been shortlisted for a BETT 2018 award in the Whole School Aids category. Our online learning and assessment system has been recognised as a solution for schools which seamlessly integrates their planning, assessing and reporting needs. It helps to tackle teacher workload, provides leadership teams with the insights they need to monitor learning across the school, and it enables effective collaboration with parents to create complete visibility of progress.
The situation is a common one in UK schools today:
Mrs Smyth is a newly appointed primary headteacher who is passionate about her job. As a headteacher she feels she has a ‘duty of care’ to her staff, their development and well-being. She can see the demands of the job are taking a toll on her teachers and is constantly reflecting and planning ways to try and reduce the amount of paperwork and repetitive tasks that they have to complete. She is becoming increasingly frustrated with their workload as she wants her teachers to devote their time and energy into what they are good at, teaching, not form filling and creating evidence trails.
